I bought my new saddle a couple of weeks ago and it fits really well but it does fit better. I would like to get a riser pad also. I saw one at the store where we did all the saddle fitting but didn't buy that one. It was an equi-brand saddle pad. Even knowing the brand, I can't find the pad. So my question is does anyone know where I can get these pads? I have tried searching in google and the pictures that come up don't look like what I saw (which a raised area on the shoulder part of the pad).

If you are talking about English riser pads, here are two:

Or you can get more fancy with pads with shims:

Sorry I forgot to specify. I found lots of English ones out there but I ride western.

This is the only type of Western riser pad I know of:

However, if you look at this one (just an example, there are so many like this), it would fill out the area the one I posted would. I just think the one above would move around too much and be kind of...messy? I don't know.

Why do you need a riser pad exactly? Just so I can help with browsing for pads. =)

I used to use the wedge one of this one when I used to ride western. I like it alot and it was shock absorbing...

This pad is closer to what I had on him but it just had the extra padding right in the front and it was about 2 inches by 2 inches square. Like I said the brand was Equi-brand.

Sounds like a built up roper pad.

You can also get one of these, to use over an existing pad:
