its snowing...

dusty and sterling are hating it. they wont leave their stalls unless i make them. there is about 3-4 inches of snow on the ground and this morning there was nothing.

sterling standing in her stall. her and dusty's stall is separated by that wall, guess where they spend all their time.

Mine dont care if it snows. They will stand out in an ice storm and get icicle manes..lol
Im not quite ready for snow. Looks pretty though.
My husband went to SE Colorado, and on his way to Ark, he drove through snow.

Aww man!!!!! We are supposed to be getting bad weather here but we don't get snow generally. I think my horses would up and hitch a ride for Florida if they had to be in snow for long. They aren't big fans of it!

Wow you have some really beautiful surroundings!

I thought we would have snow today, they said mid 40's and a couple inches this morning but the storm managed to unload on the western slope of the rocky mountains before pulling up north to Wyoming and essentially going right over us. I guess we got lucky!

We'll be burried in snow here soon enough! We got 6 inches last week but it melted after two days. The horses didn't mind too much, in fact they were pretty fired up. They had their nice toasty blankets on and lots of hay, so they had nothing to complain about, lol.:D
