I have a few phobias, but that aint one of them. You probably didn't see all the ads on TV & radio about Prop 8. One of them with Newsome yelling "like it or not!". I think he actually hurt his cause.
He actually IS one of those politicans who will do or say anything to get attention or get elected. IMHO
