Update from half_passing_haffie!

half_passing_haffie asked me to post an update for her since she's been kind of AWOL. She's doing good and her horses are doing well. For those of you who don't know she does dressage and has a wonderful 19(?) year old Dutch Warmblood named Jemma and a super cool almost-5 year old Haflinger named Niko.

Niko went to his first show last weekend and did tests Intro A and B. She says he did really well for his first show and acted like he was a seasoned show horse. She says he's only been ridden about 10 times since last November and also hadn't been off the property in a year so she's pretty impressed with him. He wasn't scared of anything and handled it like a real trooper. :)

I do love Haffies for their long memories. They just never seem to forget their training, no matter how long they spend out to pasture.

Thanks so much for the update! ahhhhhh Niko is looking fantastic, they look so pro out there together :) I can't believe he's still just a baby!
