didn't feel like mowing

I didn't feel like mowing this area by my barn. Luckily it's right by a gate to the horse pasture. Sooo a bunch of step in posts, and 1 wire later, the horses can mow! I only let them in there when I'm home because the wire isn't even hot... just kinda there... The posts are only about 3 ft apart so it's obvious to them where the "fence" is but if one of them messes with it the whole thing will just fall down lol

The sorrel horse is Gulliver, my hubby's horse. He's getting his summer "shine" the sun bleaches out some of his hair to a new penny copper color, sooooo pretty. Gem (bay) looks ok now but once he bleaches out he just looks blah. I'm going to try some fly spray or show shine stuff with sunscreen this year. And Fli (white mare) isn't covered with mud! Wow!

lol natisha, there were times when I would have given her away (like when we used to have to have 3-4 people to corner her in a pasture to catch her and it took 2 hrs)! Now she's great though and Danielle is pretty attached.

They're doing a great job mowing. And I'm glad they're not just in that spot all day, they're still doing the rounds to all the good spots in the pasture.

Love that copper color that some sorrels get!
I had a mare that use to turn that color, and wow oh wow, how the sun just sparkles off them.
