Yep, an exciting week in History is almost over. I am excited to see what this next year brings us all.

Gorgeous Day here in Georgia. Temps in the 70's. Maybe some rain this evening.

Lots of Hot Coffee this morning with grilled egg, bacon and cheese sandwiches. Yummmmmmyyy!!! Apple Juice too!!

Ya'll come get some, ya hear?

Not much with the horses planned today. They are acting frisky this week. Probably because of the weather.

Getting everything done and set up for my Mother-in-Law's Surprise 80th BDay Party.

I'm glad it's Friday too! The weather is yucky, rain/snow mix for today and tomorrow. My mom wants to take me shopping on Saturday, without the kids, but I have a feeling they will tag along.

I'm hoping next week the kids figure out the new time change and start getting up at 7:30 am. instead of 6 am. AH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm :yawn: quite tired. ready for the weekend. Susey is REALLY trying me :deadhorse: seems like everytime I NEED her to let me catch her she won't. Then when I do she doesn't want to listen and do the things she KNOWS how to do. So needless to say we were lungeing last night in the field at 7 pm in the dark. BUT when we were done she was ok. She didn't get her supper til late though, took me 20 min to catch her ( she was running farting bucking this entire time ) then after working her, by that time she was sweating so I made her cool down a while, then went in the house and came out about an hour later to feed her. Grr....

I'm sooo glad its friday! I have clients to check up on today and take a gift and one house to show this afternoon other than that just errand stuff. I should be raining here before long. We need it for sure cause we're getting rye planted in our pasture tomorrow, yea!!! But I hate having to get out and about in wet weather. :(

Diane: I wasn't hunger till I read this and your breakfast! I want one too please!!! :popcorn: (pretending its a bacon sandwich)

Loves: SNOW!??? lol we hardly ever get it here where I live but had an ole timer tell me yesterday he's lookin for a hard winter this year cause we got the earliest frost we've had in some time. Yikes! that means we'll have to do more winter type preps.

Mandi: All I can say is.... :hysterical:..... oh I mean :nono: bad horsey, bad!

Morning everyone!
I woke up early today so I could straighten my hair and finish cleaning my room for my brithday party tonight, so I'm pretty tired right now. I'm soo exctied, its going to be a lot of fun. Its going to be a busy day before that though. first, I have to set up the downstairs, then I have to go to school and finalize plans with everyone, then after school my friend is coming over to help me get the rest ready. Then its off to pick up the cake and to the grocery store to get the last minute munchies for later.

Thats pretty much about it for right now, I'm heaing off to school soon, so I'll check in a bit later.

FUNNY you two funny...( diane menagerie....) hubs says he's going to call her farty, she farts all the time when she runs. I'll be the laughing stock of the barrel racing circuit around here with my fartin horse while running barrels and poles...........:eek:

Temps have been slowly dropping here- sometime today or tonight, we're supposed to get snow. At this point, I'll gladly take the snow over all the cold rain we've been getting.

Finally Friday. Although I say that and I feel the week went fast. But MAN what a week it has been. My agenda for today is MY horse horse horse. Legend needs some lovey time. I've basically neglected her this week. Between school & work she's had No lovin! But she's getting it today & I can't wait to see her with her new pink saddle pad that I got from Proven! :) The rain is finally gone ~ for now. I'm afraid to look at the weather & see when its coming back because I know its suppose to. :(

Diane: You always have yummy breakfasts. Sunday's Man must know how lucky he is!!! I'll have to pass on the sandwich though. I made English Muffins with peanut butter & banannas. YUMMY.

Loves: Rain/Snow mix ~ what a mess yes! But I'd love to have that here too...

Mandi: LOL although I can easily picture her running around farting & bucking... (almost made me choke on my coffee when I read that) I'm sorry she's giving you such a hard time.

Men: Were the same way.... we usually don't get snow but I'm gonna agree with the ole timer! Were gettign some this year.

Your avatar is beautiful Diane! I love Buckskins! And I love egg and cheese sandwiches. Really cold start to my morning, but I'm hoping it warms up to the 50's. Far cry from the 80's we had last week. It's town day for me with my daughter, but hopefully if the wind doesn't pick up I can play with my new horse today.

Does it scare her when she farts! We had a horse that would everytime she rolled and she'd get up and take off running like the hounds of hell were after her.

Hubby's family is really getting to me, too much like a Dr. Phil show.

I am looking forward to a trail ride this weekend with my Sir Farts a lot Jakey. I hate to tell you Mandi- they don't outgrown that fartin.

I've been up since 8 and I'm packing to go over to Will's dad's house. Tomorrow we're going to Fernbank's Science Museum, so that's exciting! I'm meeting a friend for lunch just after 11, so I've got go finish up everything here in the house in the next 15 minutes, good luck to me! :rolleyes:

I'm here... barely... :sick:
Woke up at 1am in a huge amount ofpain, every musclt and joint on my body hurt. Took a hot bath and tried to sleep to no avail.
My sister woke me up at 6:30 to have me drink theraflu and get the gate key (we have to lock our yard gate due to a rise in horse theifs in our area.) after my theraflu I went back to bed and manged to snag another hour of sleep, now I am up again, still hurting, think I'm coming down with the flu. The only good thing is hte timing, my sister has until Mon. off from work and the kids have no school on today or tuesday so that means I have 4days to rest.
I just popped on to say I will prob be somewhat distant on here fro the next few days.

Hope everyone can enjoy their weekends, I'm going back to bed.

Good Morning ALL!

Well today I got a break from the morning rush. Hubby let me sleep in (went to sleep at 8pm to 7:30 am) and shuttled the kids off to school this morning ;).
I do have a bunch of errands to run, Dry cleaners, IFA (horse grain), grocery store, Fry's Electronics, then run out to the horses and work them out, hurry home to start the shuttle service going with the kids (starting at 2 pm) Wow, I'm tired just typing this stuff!!!
Yesterday, my honey and I went up to Lovell Canyon for a ride. He's never been there so it was a nice experience for him. We chose a different area to explore which had lots of tree's and mountain climbing. We had to turn around due to the fact that my husband and his horse was not in condition for this type of trails.
But I do have to say that it was a "GREAT" trail! And before anyone asks about pictures, both my husband and I forgot our camera's:eek:!
Well, enough said about yesterday, have to start thinking about todays run and start RUNNING! (COFFEE ANYONE???)

Well i am so happy its friday.Its cold here in illinois.Like high in the 40 and .yesturday it was almost 70.Hmm breakfast i didnt get any.I am staying home from school 2day.Hehe i am cleaning everything so its not really a break.Was thinking about riding but a lil cold 4 that.Well i am in the middle of writing a new song.Finishing it actually.Hehe well hope all have a good day

not in a good mood today... by boyfriend of almost 2 years on and off broke up with me last night.. guess long distance relationships arent meant for me. not going home today either because the roads are all flooded.. so I have to wait until tommorow to see Ben
