Has anyone seen True blood? it is a Tv show on HBO i saw it last week and love it OMG.... i just bought season 2 today ??? if you love Vamps give it a try. that is all im ganna say.:cheers:

I LOVE that show! I was looking for something to watch one day and I streamed an episode of True Blood online and I ended up watching the whole first season in like a day and a half.

I watched the first season on DVD with my wife earlier this year. She just picked up the second season this week and was watching it when I went to work this morning. She'll watch it more than once and watch it from start to finish with me anytime I want to watch it. It's not bad but I wouldn't go out of my way to fit it in my schedule. I think that may be more of a man's opinion though. I think it is more of a gal's type show but it has it's moments.

It is a good show, but I don't get HBO. I've seen in a few times when I was traveling for business and got HBO with my room.

I have kind of an odd connection to one of the actresses on the show, though. Her mom was the first person I ever rode with when I was 7 and she (the mom) was 13. I have the fondest memories of riding those Welsh ponies with her. One time, she had no bridle available for some reason, so she just slipped a length of rope through the pony's mouth and off we went! Always bareback.

The actress's name is Dawn Olivieri. Her star is rapidly rising in Hollywood. I haven't met Dawn, but I do occasionally correspond with her mom.

I had a job interview at this vet clinic a while ago and the lady doing the interview looked EXACTLY like Sookie. I was just sitting there gawking at her freakish resemblance. No wonder I didn't get the job. :o

i have watch some of the first season and did not really like it. but then again i have read all the books and the show did not follow those. never read a book then watch the movie, its always lets you down

well i now own season 1&2.... and im dieing because i dont have HBO soo ill have to watch it at a friends house or ill have to get HBO ...lol to keep watching it ... or i can watch it on dvd when it comes out... AHHHH HURRY and start.

I love this show!!! I love the books too. I cannot wait for the new season to start. We kept HBO for just that reason. We love the show that comes on after True Blood too, it is called Hung. They are both amazing!
