I know I've been kind of MIA lately. My internet went out and my apartment and my laptop broke. Plus I've been trying to get everything ready for camp plus working and riding almost every day....
I started riding for a new stable last month and it's been going really well. I went to a horse show with them a couple weeks ago on a young mare and we did fairly well. They have about 8 or 9 rideable horses and ponies, with 3 more coming in this week. Basically I can ride any of them I want and as many as I can fit in a day. The one mare, Molly, is basically my horse. The BO's husband owns her and loves the way I ride her and all the work I've done with her so far so I'm the only one who rides her now and in the fall he's going to start sending us to the A shows down in Ocala. He's sending her to camp with me for the summer to keep her training up so that will be fun.
Now, onto the pictures!
This is Sandy. She's a 6 year old large pony and she's super fun! Very brave to the jumps, now if we could just get her solid on her flying changes she'll be ready for HITS next season...

This is Storm, a 12 year old Thoroughbred who does the hunters and 3' medals. He;s fun but is mostly a lesson horse so I don't ride him too often. He's a big sweetie though.

This is Marley, a 4 year old TB mare. She's actually 14.2hh so we're going to take her to get her permanent height card at the next show. She's really green but very sweet and easy to work with.

This is Pumpkin and "The black pony" who doesn't have a name... A lot of stuff doesn't have names, lol. Pumpkin was "The chubby chestnut" for a while. She's super short, super fat, gaited and adorable. The balck pony is only 3 and isn't broke yet. That;s going to happen in the fall when I get back from camp. She;s really, really cute though.

Here's Molly, "my" mare. They say she's a "German Warmblood" but she's really drafty looking and I think Perch cross. She's quick and jumps around really careful and clean so we're focusing on the jumpers for her. She's improved soooooo much since I started working with her, it's unbelievable. She's really smart and fun to work with.

Here's Silver, a 4 year old Welsh cross. He's like 11.2hh and I feel like I'm going to squish him when we jump but he's a blast. He's still really green and wiggly, but if you can settle him down and keep him moving forward he goes around so cute. Look out for him at Pony Finals in another year or so ;)

And this is Pilot, Silver's dad. He's actually with us for training. He knows everything, but they want him settled down so they can put little kids on him for the Children's Pony classes. He has a huge motor and runs around like a crazy thing.

The end! I pick Even and my cousin's horse, Auto, up on Thursday and then head to camp for the summer! It'll be my first time hauling a horse trailer, any tips?
