View Full Version : No bites on Jackson-sigh-
As some of you may remember, Jack has been for sale for some time. I know things are tight these days but I have not had no glimmer of interest. Jack is a nice horse but needs more training then I can give him. Its frustrating cuz he's not getting any work right now and he really needs the structure. With the short days and long worl hours I can only do anything on the weekends and that is just too little. I live in Southern VA. Is there any forum members that may be interested in a project. Perhaps as a lease or train for sale ? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks,
cloedoll

How is his price compared to what's in your area? Having NO interest in a good sized period of time likely means that there is something going on with either your ad or your price. I recommend you review both - maybe your ad makes him sound more "wild" than he really is? I know you said he needs more training - check out how you actually say that in the ad and see if there is a more "upbeat" way to say it maybe! :)

Where do you have him listed? You can put up flyers in feed stores, tractor supply, sometimes local food places have boards (my favorite mexican food place does).. craigslist. Might want to have someone review your add to be sure there are no typos and that you are saying things you meant to say!! Just some ideas!
