Did she apply for a LOA??? I didn't approve any such leave request! I hope she's OK & just taking a well deserved vacation.

I've been wondering about her, too. I hope that election results didn't upset her too much. I'll feel better when she checks back in. Mollie?!

No LOA. I did jury duty for three or 4 days.
The entire jury decided it was a frivioulous law-suit.
Taxpayers loose when we pay for silly games.

Did I miss the happy -hooraw Big O party?

May the best man win, and let us all be team players and support our sherriff- or leader or commander in chief-

I can say it I can say it - (choke- gasp)

lets support our new president.

whew! :cowboy:

Oh Vickie Lynn-
can I have permission for being AWOL ?

I wuz serving my country- or county-
and I was a key player in convincing my fellow jury members we all did the right thing.

Brownies yum! i'll share. :cowboy:

So this guy in prison sues his female guard,
for kicking him where no woman lives if she kicks a man-LOL>

One fella on our jury told us when that happens to a man-
he experiences about the pain of childbirth- almost.

And the prison got sued for
not properly training their female guard.

The only witnesses were prisoners.

I had to listen for me, and for my 12 other
males and females to convince them why we should all agree.

I have been on a jury before-
and agreement is plesant.

One guy on our jury puked repeatedly in court and they sent him home with a virus.
We all wonder when we wil get sick too?

Ony guy on the jury went home because he had a cold.
WE lost 2 boys and one female alternate replaced them.

One a civel you need 9 to agree not 12 so we went forward with 11 members on jury.

Coming from a law enforcement family I can't believe you ended up on a jury. Usually that will get you dismissed as fast as anything. Maybe because it was a civil suit they didn't care as much.

Glad to see you back. May as well say hi to Gene for me too!

My first jury I was kicked off because of law enforcement background.

My second jury I made the judge mad by contradictin him repeatedy;
( kicked off number 2. )

My third jury I got on because I "could not judge my neighbor"
or somethin but we have to judge - so I confused them, LOL

This time the jury pool was half full of law enforcement, prison guards, family, and such.
Gee- is not that something else? :innocent:

Hey Mollie,
Glad to hear your okay, sorry that we couldn't use the posse, your trails are sooooo beautiful up in Idaho.
And have to add, I too support our new elected President Obama and PRAY that he pulls us out of this recession/depression.

I learned in our prison there are no bars nor locked doors. TV per every bunk- 4 to a room. Guys can watch TV all night with ear phones so as not to disturb their neighbor. Free medical- free food- nice free soft lunch. LOL>

Maybe I choose the worng side of thelaw? he he

WE hard working tax payers get to pay for all that soft living.
