Got to watch a Clinton Anderson Clinic! It was so much fun. There was one horse that was just being a dead head, and when he went to show the lady what to do, the horse exploded!! It actually broke away from Clinton twice and almost kicked him. After that Clinton wasn't putting up with anymore crap from that horse! It was quite the show!

Wish I could go for the full weekned, but I have to work.....

How very cool!
Seems like Clinton was going to put some pressure on that horse, and make him mind. See what happens when you think your horse is safe, just a sweet pony, waiting to explode.
Great pic. Im PMing you.

Wow! Lucky you--that would have been fun! I saw a couple clinics he had at the EQUINE AFFAIR this last April--he left us here in OHIO for Texas:(. So did he get that horse listening?

Way too cool!
I almost went to this clinic in Buckeye. Unfortunately, I too had to work and they would not give me the extra days off to go.
I will however, catch him on his next trip close to Vegas.

I'm so happy for you, but jealous too! I want to go again. :(

Meeting Clinton was one day I'll NEVER Forget. He doesn't look any different to me now then he did a couple weeks ago. LOL So atleast he doesn't appear to have aged anymore.

I'd love to be able to go to a three day clinic. The 2 day tour was fabulous! I wouldn't mind seeing it again or a 3 day. As long as I get to see CA.

Congrats though!

It was great because on Friday there weren't very many people there, so we got to get up close and personal with Clinton at the end of the Clinic...hehehehehe! When I asked for a picture, he just put his arm around me....(((ooooooo shivers!!:innocent:))) ...my daughter is jealous because she had to go to school.

He finally did get that horse to listen and the owner FINALLY got mad instead of tip toeing around and got after that horse. she has owned it for 4 yrs, and it has always, kicked at her and broke away from her. By the end of the day, THAT horse was tired and so was the owner, but the horse found out the hard way, that hitting the end of the lead rope is not going to give him his freedom any more.

I sure wish I could see all these people in the saddle. I really want to find out how this particular horse did. Darn I wish I didn't have to work on the weekends!

Well, Cheyenne decided she wanted to see Clinton today, so we passed on her show and went back to see Clinton Anderson. Once again, very entertaining and fun. Watched several riders go off their horses. Cheyenne learned a few things and ready to work on them with Ladybird. We had a good time and yes, she got her picture taken with CA. I just need to download the pics from the camera.

I saw him back in Aug in Conyers, GA. I'm going to go see him again in 2009.

I LOVED watching the show....at the very end, he said anybody who wanted a picture cud stand in line & wait. I said No b/c the line was sssooo long but the line was moving fast. I jumped in line w/ my friend & her daughter & within 10 minutes we were up there w/ Clinton & Mindy. I had one hand on Mindy and the other hand... (cough cough)...we'll it was behind Clinton...:nono:

Hee hee.... It was around his waist....

Hey Circle R it was by your place....it was at Empty Acres!

Something I learned watching the clinic.... if you are in the clinic act like you are having problems mounting your horse, Clinton will then help you up on your horse by supporting your rear end.....LOL

could you discribe in detail exactly what clinton did to the horse after the horse was showing bad behavior ?

It's great showing pic's , but it would be educational to find out exactly what he did.

thank you
