Ok it has been 3 weeks since we started this and we missed last week weigh in so lets weigh in now..
When we started this
started weight 144 lost 2 lbs (151 when I started to loose weight lost 11 lbs)
total so far for the forum is 4 lbs
this is what I want to know
started weight
new weight
how much weight so far
Keep up the good work . Drink lots of water, exercise and watch those portions.:)

Start weight: 217
Current Weight: 193
Loss: 24 lbs.
Did a 5k yesterday. Should have ran it, but ended up coming down with a horrible virus on Thursday and there was no way I could have run. If I am feeling better this week, I am signing up for a 4 mile for Saturday!

I fail. I've only lost two pounds. Me and my mom are doing the same workout plan and she's lost 6 pounds since last week.

Zoel - 2lbs is good.
Palomino- I have you at loosing at totalk of 7 lbs since we started this. correct me if I am wrong.
You all are doing good. Something is better than sitting on the couch. Keep going ladies and waiting to hear from more of you.

Okay, since the last official weigh in (not counting the post I did last week) I have lost 4lbs. Down another 2 today! And I just had the best run of my life - 4 miles! And did 3.5 of that with NO WALKING, I just ran and ran. Saved the last .5 for cool down walk. It feels amazing!

I was 149 this morning!!!!!!! Still doing the bootcamp for another few weeks, then Im starting my running FINALLY!! Im hoping I will be able to get on a different schedule soon.

I weighed myself at work last night and I weigh 140 lbs. The only thing I am doing other than riding is going to the gym at work. I work out about 20 minutes mostly concentrating on my stomach and my legs.
