Lindsey ~ I'm not sure if he will grey out eventually. I've been told that most Appys do. He's 9 now and he has always had some white hairs from his blanket up his back to his withers and down his shoulders like a roan coloring. I think every year when he sheds out there are some more white hairs in there. You really can't see the white hairs in the shot 3 years ago but they were there.

Just looking through her pictures she has really changed in color. I still don't know her color. Stick thinks Grulla.
I don't know. She doesn't really look buckskin now. I am so lost on her coloring. I hope though in a way that she turns grey.

Yea its great to see change. I had a 9 yr old mare before Star and I had forgotten how long it takes for them to mature. Although I raised the 9yr old mare from a foal, it had been several years since I worked with a young one from day to day. Plus I had to adjust to a green horse after having a finished horse.. That was the hardest thing to do.

Thank you.. Maddison is my only one that has a touch of girlie to her. Her twin is 100% tomboy. As for Cash I have not come across a horse more laid back then he is. He acts as though he is a sleep through all his training. Nothing bothers him.
