Move Koda tomorrow. Again...

You may remember an earlier thread about having to move Koda cause my barn was closing down. Well tomorrow's the day. I'll go get him, pack my stuff and move him. Went out today (with my camera ;)) and worked him in the round pen again. The first video is long (my editor wont let me break up videos, sorry) but he was really enjoying himself and I'm glad I kept it going cause he really kicks them heals up high about half way through. The second video I took to show that after the fun I do make him pay attention and get to work. But then the batteries died... And I didn't have a fresh set. :doh: But these will be the last shots at the old place.

I do have the batteries in the charger so I can get good shots of the new place tomorrow!

He looks nice and settled in there. Where are you moving him to now? I have been gone and dealing with the kittens so not sure of what I have missed here lately.

Went out to get Koda today and was told that they are in the middle of negotiating a new lease. So I may not have to move Koda! I called the new barn and she said I should wait and see before moving him cause right now he's only 5 miles from my house instead of moving him and being a 30+ minute drive away. He will have to move from the pasture to the barn cause the owner wants the back pasture for her horses now. So he would have to be in a stall with a run and daily turn out. I will also start working at the barn 1 day a week to keep the board the same. I can do that!

Oh fingers crossed for you:) Hope the lease is at least a year if not you might keep checking for stables close to you.

Well they can't make up their minds! Now they are not staying again. I'm moving Koda this Saturday and that will be the end of it!
