My car was broken into last night, and stripped of everything....Seats, radio speakers, dash controls, wheels and tires....Its all gone:(
So I'll have to wait about 3 to 4 more weeks before Chief can come home, because I have to save as much money as I can to buy a new car...:(
Its very sad, I have been Crying all day.....

Oh no... that's awful. I'm sorry. More than just the loss of the stuff and it's cost, which is high, it just makes you mad to be violated that way.

That is horrible chief. I'm so sorry that this happened to you.
What did the police say? What kind of car is it and do you have home owners or renters insurance?

For some reason my dad decided not to call the police...I'm not sure why..kinda made me mad but yeah...when I called my insurance co. and i apparently didnt have any kinda of coverage detail that would cover this...
IT was a 2005 Pontiac Sunfire with a $600 sound system in the back new tires and rims and brand new bucket seats.....:(

Unless it belongs to your dad, then it is your decision whether to call the cops or not. You need to report this.

That really sucks. Please report it to the police, these kinds of thefts often happen in patterns so at least, maybe SOMEDAY, the @#*!!&$ who did it can be tracked down and put behind bars.

While I can't think of a single reason why NOT to call the cops... I do think dads do have a rightful say over the actions of their daughters, and it's best we don't undermine that or get her in overt trouble with him unless we're all willing to support her.
That said... I'd be arguing with mine about it!

This sounds like it was a targeted thing to me .. they had to know what was in your car and when and where .. i would be calling the police its your car ... and if your part of our younger crowd im very sorry but i think id war with my dad over this unless he was paying for this to be fixed. will the homeowners insurance cover it ... if it happened at your house.... it might be covered in that... again IM VERY SORRY !!! this kind of thing sucks.

Hey did we hear anything else on this matter ???

Well It didnt happen at my house, It was in a lot waiting to go to the shop.
And It was in a part of town I dont go to often so no one would knowe whos it was or what was in it, so I doubt it was a targeted thing.
I called the cops and they came out to look at it, they took a report and asked some of the people who lived around thier if they had seen anyhting but none had.
They said they would watch craigslist and see if anyone would be seeling a sound system that is the same brand, then they would go question. them other than that. Theirs nothing else they can do.....
It really does suck so bad, i'm gonna have to wait a long time To get chief back and quit my job at Gordmans and find one with better hours ontop of my stable job.
it sux

Everything Will be ok.
sadly I have decided to wait until after school starts again to bring chief back up here, that way I will be able to make more money to buy a more dependable car.
So we are looking at about August 20th-24th around then we will be going out to get him.
My new job is going great only worked thier for about two weeks and have made about $450
If my trashed car sells for what I want then maybe chief might be here sooner, who knows.
But I have my chin up now. just trying to let it all go. Tho I did get chiefs new halter and led in the mail and it made me cry, I wanna go see him soooo bad but I dont have a car and everyone else works durring the day right after I get off, it sux....
Anyone wanna come get me and take me to me baby? lol
