It's not yet 6:30, and I've been up for the last two hours.

Mighty cold for this time of year here- 18 above right now- brrrr! I hope this isn't an indication of a colder than normal winter!

Not much going on today- I should actually get some cleaning done.

Hopefully, the weather will straighten out enough for me to ride by the end of the week.

Over easy eggs, sausage, and summer sausage for breakfast if anyone wants some.

Morning, and Ill have breakfast please. Egg whites cooked just a bit more though. No sausage, my tummy and I dont get alone, so I cook us a bunch of bacon to go with that. Grits, yup, stopped and got grits the other day, so Ill make those too.

Horses fed, blankets pulled, dogs fed, and Im just waiting for a few minutes, to get my shower and head off to church.
I so need to clean my desk off, and organize it, think Ill do that today.
I used to be so anal about my desk.
I hate that I let me get to where me was, but glad me is coming back, slowly, but I am.

It's 29 right now in SW MO. That's cold enough for me. This is still fall, but it kind of feels like winter. The fall colors have all blown away, so it looks like winter, too. I hate winter. My only plans today are for some major house cleaning. Had grandkids here most of the day yesterday, so didn't get much done. Husband started out the day with remarks about my tummy, so I think I will skip a big breakfast, maybe have a grapefruit instead. Now, I've got my belly aching all done. I hope you all have a great day.

Vick, don't feel bad, I'm slowly starting to try to get out of my computer addiction and learn to get other things done. I was told that when a person first gets a computer, especially if they've never used one before, it can take up to a year and a half before the newness dies down. I'm at not quite 11 months, lol!

I used to read a lot, and watch TV- I'm hoping this winter, I'll start getting back to me!

Morning! I've been awake since about 4:00....my nose is so stuffed up I couldn't sleep....blaaahhhh...

Another cold and blustery day here, temps aren't going to get much higher than 30 degrees today, so a good day to stay indoors.... a few snowflakes are coming down here too.

Well i have a pretty rough night.My parents arguedd all night.Then started again at 5 am!So i got like 2 hourse of sleep.Well my trainer is coming to get me for church.I love my church i actually look foward 2 it every week.Well i think i am gonna take my vitamin and skip breakfast.Well who want chocolate that sounds good right now.Mmm syphonie bar sounds yummy right now.Well off to finish getting ready.

Good morning everyone, Hubby made buttermilk pancakes from scratch with berries in them YUM! Just got in from feeding the boys. The pasture is a mud hole. It rained all day yesterday. Sun shining now:) It is going to be about 58 today. Hoping to brush all the dried mud off of them later maybe go for a ride. Elaine,, ditto on what Vicky & Gypsy Rose said.

Good morning everyone! I haven't been around here much but I try to atleast read a bit every night even if I don't post. Those buttermilk pancakes sound great! Coffee's on here with hazelnut whitner if anyone is so inclined!
I have a really busy couple of months coming up. My anniversary (9 yrs) is coming up on Nov. 12 and we can't decide what we're going to do for it!! My best friend/sister is getting married on Nov. 29 and so I've been busy with her trying to keep her convinced that she's not making a huge mistake, and everything else (jitters mostly among a few other things, the "outlaws" lol)
Then my birthday is on Dec 3 so I was hoping to have my Christmas tree up by then as my present to myself, but don't know if that'll happen. If not, that is ok, but would like it up sooner than later (I love Christmas....it's the best time of the year imo)
Then Christmas. That in itself takes a lot of energy! We do a lot of darting back and forth from his parents to my parents and back and forth. Atleast we all live within 10Km of the city!
Then Trevors birthday on Dec 29....AHHHH! I'll be good and ready for a nice stiff drink by the time that finally rolls around!
I have just found myself very stressed lately, very busy lately, I have been working lots (which is alright, I love my job). Anyways, that's my rant for the day! Gotta go feed Cawl! Have a great day guys & gals!

Im working on the date still, my brother and his wife are worried that Ill be to tired from my flight...LOL Ill call them today, dont want worry warts ya know, and Ill talk to them about another day. I am definately more alive today. Achyness has been minimized to my back and throat.
Eating a piece of texas toast, I am starting to get my appietite back.
I tell ya, the flu is a great way to loose a few pounds in a short period of time :rolleyes: My meals since friday have consisted of toast and soap... yum. :rolleyes: Oh yeah I can't forget the Ginger Ale :D

Gonna take it easy again today, I wanna be back to normal fast so yet another day of being a lazy bum and trying to kick this to the curb. My sister is taking on allthe pony duties yet again, i tell ya she is my savior when I am sick and vis versa.

I'll pass on the eggs and sausage for now, maybe tomorrow I'll be up for a big breakfast. :)

The high's in the mid-50s today. :( That's a 20* drop from yesterday! I miss the warm weather already (and I haven't even been outside yet this morning).

It's finally raining here in Vegas. The rain is so nice and refreshing. We so needed it since its been about over a month or two since it rained last. (been so long I can't remember LOL)

Suasage and eggs here also Maple flavored and regular.
Last night we all went to see Monster Jam I got to see my favorite truck Grave Digger. I haven't seen him in action since 1990. Watched him kick Carolina Crushers butt that day. But last night seeing the eyes on my 4 year old was enough to mealt my heart. Cheyenne actually stood on her chair and cheered which surprised Scott and me. My kids we're use to on there excitement on those events.
I got some phone pics ( Scott forgot camera ) So I'll see bout posting.

I will be flying from Springfield to St. Louis, then to Seattle.
I will be in Lacey my first night. Going to see my son the following day. May even bring him back down to Lacey to see my brother, do some bowling, not sure about where were gonna be that day. I do know that the following Fri and Sat, I will be in Lacey again. My SIL is taking Fri off, and Ill be spending the day with my brothers family, may get a chance to shoot out then, with or without family. Or even Thursday, Ill be spending the day with my brother that day, he may want to see your horses. Ill talk with them and find out.
