LOL That is Bill Dance "world famous fisherman." Those are out takes from his TV show. If you notice the one where the swan attacks him he is much thinner and younger. He's been doing that stuff for years. I quit watching him as a serious fishing show years ago because he always shows his screw-ups which are quite often and make you wonder how much is staged. The clips are good for a big laugh though. He also always wears a Tennessee ball cap.
