I was just applying Sage's Advantage and I accidentally got some on my finger. Then I went and accidentally rubbed my face and got it right near my nose. That stuff smells so toxic! Seriously, it's gotta be one of the most chemically charged liquids by the scent of it. It made my nose and throat burn! I've never smelled it before because it's not super strong from afar but MAN it was pretty intense. So it got me thinking about how safe is this gnarly smelling chemical mixture to put on my dog on a regular basis. Absorbing that stuff into her system just can't be good for her! Ideas/though/Opinios? Any concrete/or noon concrete scientific studies I don't know about? :)
Then THAT got me thinking, is their a more natural approach to flea control? I mean, I use Advantage as a preventative measure. I've never seen a flea on her. But that doesn't always mean that she doesn't have any. Does any one go a natural route that works?
