I just realized cause i havent been able to get on much this year( well iv been on some just lurking) I never introduced our newest addition. This is Daisy, my boyfriends mule. He bought her from his brother when we moved back to il from idaho. We brought her with us down here to texas when we moved .She is 5 years old and her age she is one kicka** mule when it comes to riding. She could beat ANY horse when it comes to speed hands down the fastest equine iv ever rode, and iv rode alot and a wide variety. She aint real big, im guessing 13.2 maybe? She will go through/ over ANYTHING. Jeremiah jumped her over a HUGE fallen tree that was probably 2 1/2 feet high and really round and she cleared it! You can park her up on any large rock, or run up the side of a hill that no horse would dare make it up even if it tried. She will go through mud and barely leave a dent when other horses will sink hock deep. She is AMAZING!! Now she aint no kid broke pony though, she will test your riding ability. Shes a mule, when she gets scared of something she shy's 5 ft sideways or spins around.and she aint too sure about bikes... sweetest darn thing too, not a mean bone in her body. She love to have her face held, petted, and talked real nice to. She is the A**iest resembling mule iv ever seen keep in mind her forelock isnt trimmed flat and by far has the hugest ears iv seen on something other than a pure donkey. I swore i would never ride another mule again but she definately changed my mind.
Just a fun pic of dreamer grazin down here in austin
