Friends of mine received a couple of these ponies. They were quite tubby when they arrived. The farrier even threatened to not work with them unless they lost weight. Not to mention it was unhealthy for the ponies. They could not stand up easily from laying down. They are in better shape now. And cute, too!

By minig ponies, do you mean ex-mining ponies, or that's what they were bred for?
They are sooo cute :3 I love their colours! And the second one has such a gorgeous long mane :D
Were they shipped from the UK?
*considers* They look like mini-Shetlands to me, now I think about it.
