Sounds like George W is going to help make this as smooth a transistion as possible for Obama. Hope its like handing off the baton in the race to economic recovery.

I think the way Bush is handling the turnover is impressing a lot of people. He's doing it with class and dignity. He probably can't wait to get out of there and I don't blame him--not with the mess we're in!

Now when he's on his way out, the media is treating him with the respect, or at least basic good manners, a president deserves. I'm not surprised he's handling the transition with grace and good will.

Exactly WB!

I still find it funny how we're suppose to rally behind and support Obama now, but those(News media, other people, etc.) that are telling us to do so, never rallied behind and supported Bush.

Now wait a minute I support Bush as my president. I don't always agree with him, but as an American I support my country no matter what. Now that doesn't mean we can't question things - I think we should. I think we should all be giving the President (no matter who it is) the dignity and respect the position calls for.

It's a condemnation of some who have gone well beyond mere questioning of the president's policies.

That I can understand WB - Others do it - I'm just of the two wrongs don't make a right policy :) If others do it that is there issue I won't...
