Looks like an Australian cattle dog............very sweet.......I haven't checked weather boy or girl and it's was very hungry............we used to have on but blue 2-3 years ago but he died of old age...............DH said depending on our boxers who haven't meet him/her yet we might keep it. He always wanted another Lobo (the other ACD)

OH NOOOOOO, I dont do female Aussies, but thank you. We have one male Blue. He's a quiet boy, yet has that energy.
She is a cutie, sure looks like a Red Aussie to me. I hope she works out, cause I know she would have a great home with you.

I know it was bad of me to give her some left over chicken from last night but she was HOngry..........it's a whole chicken but not the whole thing............I let her eat on it and took it away just so I could get some pictures of her standing up other wise she is on her back wanting belly scratches and being submissive.........so that will work in her favor when I let her meet the boxers

I hope your other dogs will love her so you can keep her. She's very cute! You must have a sign over you that says if there is a stray or an unwanted baby drop it off at your place. She looks so sweet, good luck with her.

Good to hear he is doing well.
Her growling at male dogs is why I wont have a female Aussie rescue, they can be, and excuse my wording, but it is a dog term, real Bitches. My female heeler(resucue), used to growl, and go after Gizzy(among other BAD things) when he would come home. Not an option. I trust that the pup is in good hands with you. I hope she gets along with your Boxers. They would probley team up on her if needed.
Sad thing for the female I had. I sent her back to her owner, she was later put down, had mental issues and started attacking. She was sweet, but mean, weird, just weird.
I so hope you have better luck than I did with mine.
On the other hand. I went to watch this guy train a horse yesterday, just sat there and watching him, his doggy, a beautiful blue heeler, came running up to me, AWESOME attitude. Her name is Riley, she was loving all over me, except for the tougne,(Gizzy loves giving mom kisses)she was just like him, attitude wise.
Those type heelers are the best, mindful, trusting, friendly, yet dont get their nickers up, I bet if I threatened her daddy, she'd of turned on me in a heartbeat. Gotta love a good heeler.

Wow! You have the same sign on your head that I do!! "SUCKER!". But really we win in the long run cause we get some good animals and lots of love out of the deal!! She looks like she's pretty adorable! I hope she gets along with your boxers. It's funny how they pick their home.

Cool!! She is at an age that you can re focus her attitude twards other dogs. Have you tried her with the Boxers yet? I bet when you bathe her, she will shine, you can see that red saddle on her.
Funny the vet said keep her, and your hubby was thinking the same thing.
I hope it works out and she is THE best pup for you.

She is adorable! At least she blends in well with the boxers. I hope it works out for you and you can keep her or her family comes looking for her. She doesn't look too neglected so maybe she just ran off? I just can never wrap my mind around anyone dumping animals.
