Wow. I didn't know that was even possible.
I have heard of putting the ashes in a hollowed out metal necklace, but never making it INTO a diamond.
Very interesting....

I guess... all diamonds are is carbon... which is what we are made of... did you know that graphite is also carbon? So technically your pencil is the same thing as your rock...

My vet used to do that back in Alaska. She personally didn't do it but she'd send in the "remains" to the company in Illinois. The cheapest one is $3500. If it weren't so expensive I'd probably do that. I kind of like the idea...

This has actually been around for a while and my boyfriend says this is the only way someone can hold onto his body lol. We looked into it and it is VERY expensive. around 10,000 for HALF A KT.

When my uncle died, they made two necklaces with lockets filled with some of his ashes. Very beautiful necklaces, and my cousins felt very close to him by wearing them. The diamond thing sounds really neat too, but real expensive.
