Stuxnet is pretty cool stuff (from a technical point of view) and given that it appears directed at specific Siemens control systems and seems focused on Iran... it suggests that it was developed by the good guys. There's a another good article on it here:

Four zero-day exploits? At once? That's just amazing.

It would be nice to think it was the NSA or CIA. Maybe Mossad. Perhaps there's hope that we really do have folks on our side that are that good.
