Why do you wean them so early?
I always thought around 8 weeks.

Nope...4 weeks, mastiff mothers milk production drops significantly, so they go on goats milk and baby "gruel".

We are keeping the pick boy Tillman. All the others are sold.

I have three rescues that aren't Mastiffs; even though I am a Rottweiler person, I have always wanted Mastiff. All of them being sold is fantastic news for me - it would probably get me divorced anyway:eek:

Not to fear...Holly's sister also had a litter of 8 in Indiana.:D:D I can hook you up !!!

You would have to say that. Thanks but if I value being married, I'd better pass:cool:

It was a close call when I rescued a Catahoula Leopard Cur/mix a year ago and he's in the house along with the other two big dogs - lol lol

Indiana's not that far of a drive either - lol lol
