Cut my hair, oh I was so mad..lol

I needed to cut my bangs, so I did, then I said, what the heck, pulled my pony tail up, cut it off, oh, that wasnt good. I commence with trying to fix it, nope, not gonna work, Im now getting a bit upset with myself, I AM NOT A BEAUTICIAN...LOL
So, I go run my arrands, of course, hair is first stop.
The girl had me laughing at myself before I was done.
Its not clean, I need to shower, but here it is before its pulled dry. Good thing is, my hair grows pretty darned fast, so Ill have 2 inches back in a couple months.

Ya know what though. The older I get, the shorter my hair gets, and I like it. I swore I would never cut my hair short, just cause I was getting older.......oh my...never say never.

Whew glad you posed pics or I'd never recognize you on Sunday!! ;) Just kidding!! It is a big difference but I like it!!! I'm the type that changes my hair style with the seasons so I will never have long hair. . .

I think it looks great! I'm not a bang expert- they do look straight, but not bad to me. Just depends on your personal style, IMO.

And as for short hair- I think if you ever did decide to take the plunge, you've got great facial/bone structure for it! :D

I always wanted real long hair and I also said that I wasn't cutting mine now that I'm older but eventually I ended up getting it cut. I hate going to get it cut because every time I do I have an allergy attack because I'm allergic to the smells from the hair dyes and perms plus my head always hurts, I end up with a migraine so I put off hair cuts as much as I can. I have just found out I am allergic to amonia and the stuff in shampoo. I am using some kind of natural shampoo now [My head was all red with scabs, everywhere my hair touched I was scabby, face, neck ears etc.. It was awful. I'm better now] but the shampoo makes my hair look ugly. I hate it.

Last time I got it cut I hadn't had a hair cut in awhile so it was longer than it had been in yrs. I told my man to tell her how much to cut off since I couldn't see without my glasses, he told her to go for it and I ended up with hair too short! She cut 8" off of it! So then I had too short hair and got even more scabby from the shampoo she used on me!

I think yours looks cuter than mine, yours has a nice bounce to it, very pretty hair! Oh, one good thing is that I wear glasses so when I cut my own bangs they can be a little crooked and nobody can tell because my glasses sort of hides the mess.

Looks GREAT!!!. I like layered bangs best. You could do that.... I am a "bangs" person. I also agree, you look like you would be cute in short styles, whenever you want to.

My hair grows VERY fast. I can cut it and the next thing I know it is getting long again. Long fits me best, because I can pull it back or up..quickly..and go. When I have a shorter style, I seem to spend too much time in front of the mirror!!

Thank you. Bob says he likes it better the other way, but says Im still lovable, and thats what counts. He's so sweet. I am going to let it get a couple inches longer again.
It is not layered. Ill wait until it gets its growth back to do that. It has just a tad bit cut twards the front for my face though. My hair is curly, so when its left to dry, it gets the curls you see at the bottom of my hair.
If she had not blown dry it some, no telling what would of been where..LOL

I tried to color mine myself on Saturday evening.. not knowing that since I had my hair highlighted for the last 2 years that the red was going to really show. My hair ended up being maroon like my car. I matched my car.. so embarrased. I ended up putting a dark brown on top of the red to cover the deep red. That killed the ends of mmy hair so bad that I had to get it cut off on Sunday so I would look decent for work on Monday. Don't feel bad Vicklynn I think we are both in the same boat when it comes our hair.

Your hair looks like mine now!! Same style and lieghth. I had mine almost down to my bottom, if you pulled it striat, waistband if you let it curl! I had them put it in a pony tail and off came 12 inches of hair, :eek::eek::rolleyes:. I donated to locks of love, but it sure is a shock to go from all that hair to well not much;)!!

Once I went to a fancy salon and got a hair cut that was SO bad and the lady was SO mean to me that I ended up crying in the car afterwards. I also went straight to the Supercuts down the street and the nice girl there fixed me up as well as could be done - it actually turned out pretty cute but was WAY shorter than I had planned... a very "boy" cut my husband said :rolleyes:

It must be that time of the year. I got mine cut a week ago and don't like it either. But, I think you look adorable. It makes you look younger and that's always a good thing!:) As long as I can still get mine in a ponytail, I'm a happy camper.

I can't see the picts!
I cut mine about 2 weeks ago. Started on one side to see how I liked it, kept it like that for about a week. Tried to get into the shop to get it done and then just up and did it myself. It actually came out nice! And I saved myself $20. Now that it is growing out I do need to get it evened out better. I usually keep mine longer in the summer so I can put it up in a twist, bun, etc. I am growing it out into one length instead of layers.
