Ohh WoW!! Thank you everyone!! :) I wasn't expecting a Birthday thread, Mom you spilled the beans!!! :crazy:lol I had to ask Chris yesterday how old I was going to be :rolleyes:. I thought 29 but he said 28... hahah I guess it's better to be younger then I thought? :clap:I just got a year younger!! hahaha :hysterical:

So, After working on the car and going to get more parts. Chris comes home and jumps in the shower and gets dressed so we can go out for dinner. He walks out and is dressed like a cowboy!! :cowboy: WoW!! :eek:

I looked at him and said "ohh, was I supposed to get all dressed up?" He said, No. I said "Well, why are you all dressed up?" He said "I just thought of this right now and figured you would like it".... Wow!! :)

Ok, So Chris is not a cowboy. The only reason he even has Wranglers, boots and a hat is because he was the Best Man at our friends wedding and it was cowboy themed so I went shopping and got him cowboy stuff.

I think he likes dressing up and wearing his boots and hat!! He looks good in it, I was just shocked to see him walk out in it and it was his idea!! I'm not really in to the whole cowboy look. Some guys can pull it off and look good, others just can't. lol I think Chris pulls it off well for being a city slicker!! lol

Here are some pics we took of him. We had him pose "like a cowboy should" lol Against the wall for a few of them. We had a blast taking pictures of him... so much I forgot to get a picture of ME with HIM!!! Hahahah :rolleyes:

So, there he is all in his cowboy outfit. He does ride horses so it's not that far fetched but it sure was a shocker to our friends when we showed up to dinner! lol They thought he looked good but it's just so different to see him in a cowboy hat and tight jeans!

We had a blast at dinner with our friends and made some plans to come up and stay with them over a weekend. They live up in the mountains at a resort type community. It's really nice up there.

I didn't get anything for my Birthday, but that IS what I asked for. I was happy that Chris didn't buy me anything. Seeing him in his cowboy get up was cute enough for me

When we first got Married he would buy me expensive things that I didn't need. I had to brake him of that because I don't need diamond earing's to know that he loves me. I can't drive a diamond to the store, it doesn't help me train Muffin, it sure can't keep me warm in the winter so why spend that much on something I don't really need. He said, "because every woman should have a nice pair of diamond earing's". I guess you can't argue with that! heehee

So I had a really good time lastnight! It was nice to chit chat and tell storys with are friends and we all were cracking up having a good time. YaY, I'm 29..um 28!!
