Poor boy and foal. I hope the foal's alright and he gets it back in time and the thieves get what's coming to them.

Thats awful! Some people at the ranch where I work had there foal stolen a few years ago, i'm pretty sure they found it but haven't got it back.

So sad! I can't even imagine how I would feel. That is like my worst nightmare as a horse owner.
