I am very very good friends with both Carrie and John. I have known John since I was little tiny and Carrie we used to babysit. I almost boarded a horse at Johns house a few years ago... This is only like a mile from my house, his field boarders the road though.

I heard this on the radio monday then read the paper ... its just so sad that these things happen and my heart goes out to that little girl. My daughter is 12 and I can imagine how devastated she would be if that happend to one of her horses

I just don't understand stuff like this. How can people be so screwed up. I'm very sorry that Carrie lost her beloved horse and I'm sorrier for the lesson she has learned and the fear she likely has now. How terribly sad. I hope they find whoever did this.
