So I'm trying to put a siggie tag up, and it's hosted on my own website. It's only 24kb
and 124 px x 271 px. I get the error that it is too large.
I've seen much much larger ones than mine. I looked at the source code on one, went to the site and saved the image and it was 89kb! Mine is so much smaller.
What gives......... help me out here! :(

It should only tell you it's too large if you try to upload it to host here. We set that dimension at 100x500 because that's what we'd prefer... but it seems to be smaller than what most people want to do. Those that you see that are larger are hotlinked elsewhere.

If you link to it on your own site, it shouldn't care how big it is, just link it like any picture.

This is cloe's area of expertise if she comes around today she can help directly! :)

OK, I tried again just to make sure I wasn't hitting the wrong button, but I do hit the one at the bottom to save, and not upload.
And I get this error : " Remote file is too large "
maybe someone else can put the link in for me?

OK - we got it to upload and hubby's got it there, but you need to find whatever place changes your default for "show signature". I don't know where it is on a quick look!:huh: Where's cloe, she's good at this stuff :) lol!

Where's cloe, she's good at this stuff :) lol! I'm sorry! Cloe's aunt came into town for the weekend I learned I was absolutely not aloud on the computer, not even aloud to ask for an LOA! Lol, but I had a lot of fun and see you guys got this figured out. =D

(I don't know why I was talking in third person =P).
