Mmkay...not so much snow as frozen hail, and um, only 2cm, if that! But it made the horses all excitable, so I got a couple of snaps ^_^

First, what I woke up to:

I pulled back the curtains and went "eeeee"! Ted was scared of it :S typical!!

Then turnout. Dinky, Ed and Max were moving the most - I turned up JUST as a little gallop about was finishing. Dinky's the large grey, Ed's the large black, and Max is the little bay pony. I think this si vairy cute :)

Where I live here in Michigan, we get lake effect snow. Does that occur in the UK with the ocean as well? It would be on the West side of the country if it did, though. Anyway, when it occurs, we can get fantastic amounts of snow in a short period of time. Perhaps as much as 30 inches (76 cm) or more in a single week. I'll get some photos of it if that happens this winter.
