double page loading?

When I hit submit I get this message:

This forum requires that you wait 30 seconds between posts. Please try again in 14 seconds.

But I've only clicked the submit button once.

What am I doing wrong? Just started this morning.

It does that between posts, not how many times you clicked the "Post Reply" button, if that makes sense...? Basically, you can't post on one thread, go to another and post if it's under a 30 second time frame. I stink at explaining this, lol. xD

I'm on the same thread though - that's what I can't figure out. I write my reply, then I click submit and then it comes up with that message. In 3-2-1

Huh... I've not ever had that happen to me, but Vicklynn reported that too yesterday.

Is it possible your mouse or a button stuck or somehow gave a double click?

It might be possible that hubby can just disable that setting, but on the other hand, maybe it's good to prevent duplicate posts if something's sticky. Have to think about that.

It happened to me too. That was after I'd only clicked it once. I thought it was a error, so I went back and resubmitted the post and, of course, it was a double post. I just deleted the duplicate. I think my mouse is sticky. I have a PC mouse hooked into a mac computer. Maybe that was it...
