But it's not Black Friday here in Canada though :)

Were going shopping today and tomorrow, i'm not sure if were going to the mall today or tomorrow but whatever day we do its going to be crazy!!

Haha you crack me up! We always go on black friday, I have no idea why because we don't go for the sales or anything. We are in Idaho for Thanksgiving so we get to go to the BIG mall this year.

Im going to a tack store in a couple hours, then Sheplers. And then probably riding. Decided against going to any of the big stores or the mall after watching the news last night and seeing people already lined up yesterday afternoon.

I'm with you Vicklynn!! Crowds, chaos, bumping into people all the time--NOT FUN! My way of shopping is on-line--I like to hope I don't fill the cart with all the extra stuff that way, too!

Happy friday!! NO shopping here either.....I do it on-line and save my sanity and car.... The driving is just crazy and then you have to worry about some no good person breaking in and stealing all the stuff!!!

It's actually late afternoon 5 ish for me, after a long and boringggg day at school, and again the stink-bomb-attacker struck. Some guys in year 10 have been taking them to every block on campus and setting them off at cross-over times between lessons. They reak so bad you actually wretch, needless to say I've been walking the long way rounds and avoiding going through other blocks to get to my lessons.

oy no shopping here! I'm off of work today though which is veryyyy nice. I went shopping at 3am about 4 years ago and I will NEVER do it again. I'm an online shopper...that way there are no crowds to fight. :) Just laundry and cleaning the house today.

Iiiiii have had a day off school so I got to go shopping with sister for xmas pressiiieeees! Woulda been funner if I wasn't choked with cold and almost ran over with two prams! One lady, two prams. Geeeeesh.

But it was good. And I'm not as skint as I thought I'd be cuz I was paid today. WOO. Why are my paydates so random?

Nope, no shopping for me. If I do venture out to the Mall tho, I usually like to go about supper time, that way a lot of people have left for home.....lol. I won't be doing any shopping this year, but I would like to get out to Borders Books and Music tho! It's my favorite store!

I changed my mind, were going to hit the mall and sporting goods store tonight after I get home from riding at like 6pm. Who knows maybe there will be something left, I only know what a couple people want so it would be nice to get a start on my list.

I also have to buy something for co-workers, my trainer and some folks at the barn. Thinking I'll just buy a bunch of small boxes of Enstrom's almond toffee and dish 'em out.

I couldn't have said it better myself! My mother was mad at me because we didn't go shopping. I have been so stressed lately I don't think I needed to be in stores full of people who'd be in my way.

Holy Cow, just saw on the news a store worker at a Wal Mart on Long Island, New York, was trampeled to death when the store opened as shoppers literally broke the doors down.

I've again changed my mind and decided to just stay home today. The weather is turning nasty anyways. I'll go tomarrow.

HA! You'd have to pay me to go shopping on Black Friday. I hate shopping on a normal day. There are only a few things I'd get up at 4 in the morning to buy and that's a horse and certain books (like Harry Potter, Inheritance Cycle, Twilight books). I'd definitely get up at 4 in the morning to get Midnight Sun or whatever the next book of the Inheritance Cycle would be.

I went out shopping today. Against my better judgement! LOL. My mother (who doesn't drive) wanted to go out christmas shopping. It was okay though, it was good "mom & daughter" bonding time & besides she bought lunch at the Olive Garden!YUM. I was cranky first this this am though, because my pay check was NOT in my account this AM. But (luckly) it showed up by mid afternoon!

I never go shopping on Black Friday, until today. It wasn't that busy, no matter where I went.

Sad sign of the condition of our economy. The prices still seemed high too in several stores.:doh:
