Keidas and Cloe have been such love bugs lately! :D They follow me around the pasture (if I walk, they follow at a walk, if I jog, they follow at a trot, if I run they will canter or gallop), but they never get pushy, they just like to follow. :p They nicker when I come in the barn. If I stand out on the deck, they always run up to the fence expecting me to come down to pet them. I dunno why, but they have just been sweethearts lately. I appreciate the love, ha ha.
So, how about everyone else? Have your horses been behaving themselves?
Hehe. This morning Blue came to the gate when I called his name. =]

My horses all think they've been retired. We've either been busy or had excuses most of this summer, and now it's sure starting to feel like fall so I'm afraid we've missed our chance.
Bay still loves me though.... Cyn still is mostly annoyed by us, except at dinner time. The pony still causes trouble. They're fine. :D

JGH - - That is so sweet! Are you going to buy him? I am not caught up. xD
WB - - Isn't the weather and the leaves falling depressing? I'm going to miss summertime, I made a lot of good memories this summer. :) Fall is a really nice time to ride, though, you have to get at least one more trail ride in! :D I still won't your pony, hehe. I'm glad they're all doing good! =D

My two have been really lovey lately too, always coming over to be petted and nickering at me. Of course Dakota is always like that, but Beauty is doing it too.:)

I wish my horses were behaving themselves. Fred's been a jitterbug, Cheyenne's been PMSing, and both have been giving me trouble with everything I try to do. Fred almost kicked me today because he was so hyped up, I made him do laps and he calmed down a little.
I blame the weather. It's either pouring and I can't ride or it's sunny and windy as heck so the horses are crazy.

Aw, cute! I don't have a horse to love on me but one of the horses where I take lessons is such a lover, I swear his favorite thing is just to love on people! His owner volunteered him in case I ever need a horse to cuddle with, hehe.

My horses seem to really love me when I have treats in my pocket. Flashback to childhood. I was so ugly daddy had to tie a porkchop around my neck to get the puppy to play with me.

My horses have been, too. most of the time they come up to me, I brush them out, they follow.. and Raen, she is just a total cuddle bug. Comes up and muzzles into me. :D

Gypsy seems more lovey in the fall. I wonder if it's because she knows I won't be out with her as much when it gets colder.

Hmmm, that's an interesting idea. Maybe they do know they won't see their humans as much when its cold (for some horses at least) so they want to get extra loving in while they can. Anybody else have horses that are more affectionate this time of year?

Hah, summer, winter, fall, spring, doesn't matter, I'm out in the barn the same amount. :D
