1 color for my 3

I am trying to think of one color that will go with all 3 of my horses.......they each have their separate color but DH will not let me buy each horse their own saddle pad, bridal, and all that color coordinating stuff so what do you think? I just bought a light oiled saddle that I absolutely love it just has to get here.

So what color would go with all my horses?

and if you can't remember what color my horses are Buckskin, sorrel, and perlino.:cowboy:

Im going to go with pale blue or teal. I think that would look really nice. Either that or maybe a bold pink color would be nice.

Pastel green, its not very common and it would look stunning on all three of them.

Hunter Green if you want to easily find your color, or pastel green if you'd like to look a little harder. Or even green in general, so you could mix things up a bit if you wanted to.

I like black or hunter green. Those colors seem to look good on all of my horses even the black one. I love black on buckskins and black on white horses and black on any color horse. I also like black on me, most of my clothes seem to be black! They all have black or hunter green saddle pads and all have black halters. They also have orange halters to wear during hunting season. I tried all different colors, I wanted purple because I like purple too but it didn't look good on any of them.

One of the girls at the barn has a black and white paint and when she puts her light pink halter on her the horse doesn't look as flashy to me as when she's wearing black but then I guess it's because it's one of my favorite colors besides red.

I agree that black would really stand out on the buckskin and perlino and work for the sorrel. Hunter green would look good on all three also.

That's a good point, I have found that my halter has looked good on every horse that has worn it. But I'm still leaning more for light blue, with royal blue as a second choice, and hunter green as third choice. I know, I know, that's not helping... sorry! :innocent:

Trying to make this easy for you.....light blue would look good on all of them.

Husbands just don't get it do they........every time we go near a tack store I hear "haven't you got one of those already" I keep telling him when I was a kid I had a Barbie now I have a horse:p

I'd actually vote against any pastels... I just feel that they would fade away too much on the perlino.
I'd vote for some stronger colors: Navy or Royal Blue, Hunter Green, and Black goes with all!

And with these stronger colors, you hubby won't be embarassed if he has to wear something to match! And these colors are very comon and can be found for just about any piece of tack or apparal you wish!

I am still thinking on it.....but I think that I am just going to choose black........I seen a blanket that has Tucker color baby blue with Jories color Mint green but no purple which is Pearls color..... :( Now if I could find one with all three colors that would be awesome! I am just concerned that the black pad will be REALLY bad about hair since 2 of the 3 are light colored:doh:
