I wish (again) that I could post links. Just read that they are investigating ACORN in 10state for voter registration fraud. Wonder if anything will come of this?? I think it was FOX News.

You want me to help walk you through this? You can do this!

Go find your story... look at the address bar, select and copy it... then paste it!

This is this page:

That's the easy way.... there's fancier ways, but that's the simplest.

How about this. Go to FOXnews, go to politics. Thats where I found the article. Sorry, but I'm at the point that I think my brain is just about overloaded. If I learn anything more about computers I might forget something really important, like my address or PIN number!:cowboy:

OK :) I don't feel like looking but maybe someone else will.

We'll tackle this another day then. Sorry I've hijacked your thread and we still haven't even talked about ACORN. Carry on! :D

Ok I went to their web site. so seee it is not political just a bunch of lazy *astards going for easy money. Oh and according to their web site BO was never a community organizer for them.

ACORN, however, was quick to defend itself. In a conference call with reporters Tuesday afternoon, Matthew Henderson explained that its workers are paid by the hour, not per registration, and described the occasional workers who cheated as greedy or lazy, not political operatives:

"Listen, this is very hard work. We had people in Las Vegas out in 120 degrees registering voters this summer. We had, I would guess, maybe 700 people work on the drives in Las Vegas alone, and the lion's share of those folks were dedicated, hardworking members of our community who were doing this not just to earn a paycheck but because they believed in getting their neighbors registered to work. The fact is, this is hard work, and there were some people that probably sat down on the couch and filled out names out of the phone book. When we talk about fraud, that's really what we're talking about here: not an attempt to steal an election, we're talking about an attempt for someone to get out of doing some real hard work, and again, we're talking about a relative small number of people in comparison to all the hardworking people that helped us register ]80,000 people in Las Vegas."[/COLOR]

Simply put your cursor on the link, left click your mouse and hold it while you drag across the link (to highlight it). Then put your cursor on the link and "right" click and a box will open, select "copy" and click on it (you won't really see it happen, but it copies it). Then go to your reply and put your cursor on the main body of the page and click so that the cursor is blinking on the page. Now simply right click on your mouse (same box opens) click on "paste" and ouala, it appears. Something like that anyway.

It is, but in this case it's a WHOLE BUNCH of nuts and they fall on the far left of the tree.
