I know I love trail riding with my friend and today we are planning on setting some fast miles in the "mountains." Yes we will have camaras, it really is a beautiful ride even for the nevada desert. We will post pictures this evening for those that enjoy her pictures as much as I do. I will even ad some of my own too. ;)

My camara is already packed with extra batteries. :cowboy: I can't wait to get going, I haven't been yet to where gaited is taking us, so I am very excited.

Wow Gaited07! I love those pics! Your part of the country looks so different from mine. Looks like you can see forever out there. Here we can't see the forest for the trees. That's a nice looking SSH you've got there too. Everybody and their brother has one around here but I didn't know if they were all that common out your way or not. Thanks for sharing!

It's so cool with all the different terrain that we have around here. We have moutains, desert riding and there is a hidden lake that I need to visit. You can even ride down to the Colorado River and old mining areas.
Whats funny is Appylover and I was talking about living in an area that has restictions, fences or??. How I don't know if I could every live/ride in an area like that again after some of the areas of FREEDOM I've enjoyed.
Thank you for the compliment on my gelding. I'm very proud of him. He's still young and has not filled all the way out yet.
And your right, not many SSHBEA in the west as they are in the midwest and south but the breeder that I purchased my guy from purchased a few of his stock from McNatt farms. Otherwise I was going on a plane scoping out some prospects in TN.

Beautiful pictures! It amazes me how different the terrain is from one state to the next - it's a lot of fun seeing everyone's trail rides. I'm glad you two had fun and thanks for sharing!

LOL. When I wrote that, I had no intentions of jealousy.
But ya know what, I am, and talked about it with a friend last night.

Gaited is very right. Anyone in town with horses wheather you are local or on vacation with your ponies, just let us know and you all are more than welcome to come join us on our rides.

Man oh man....that is some beautiful country out there, I love those mountains and the desert!

And both of you have some mighty fine horses, I'm jealous! lol. I can't wait to go riding. No mountains here, but we do have lots of hills and lots of woods and forests to ride thru, as well as pastures and farmland.

McNatt Farms has some of the finest SSH bloodlines in the country! Mr. Bojangles was absolutely STUNNING! I sure hate that he passed. They still have one of his sons standing at stud though so at least there's that.
