YAY! I missed this thread. Umm, some random person just rang the doorbell about five minutes ago and still hasn't left!

They're just standing there? Outside your house? That's weird.. don't open the door.
I did 90 minutes of Dynamic Flow Kundalini Yoga and am fasting right now. I feel great!

Yeppers, just standing there. No worries, I never open the door when I'm home alone, plus I have a hundred pound guard dog barking his head off. :D
No clue what a Dynamic Flow Kundalini Yoga is, but that's AWESOME!

It's (in simple non yoga talk) non-stop yoga. Instead of holding asanas/poses, you change per breath. Each inhale transitions you and each exhale puts you in a new asana. You flow through 30 or 40 different poses (evenly of each side etc). It's a workout inside and out.
Good thing you're smart enough not to answer.. people are crazy lately.. seems like people have gone mad.

No, I think the person is gone. I'm not opening that door, though. My sister gets home from school at 4:00PM (it's currently 1:45PM), I guess she'll be the one to see.

Is your sister with a cell phone? I would leave her a text or voice mail just in case...
Chise: Hot Yoga is extremely difficult. And is a spiritual test of endurance. It will get you fit.. but there is more to it. If she's ever willing to try again.. it would be a good idea to take a Hatha Flow class. Much more fun and you can break whenever you'd like...
Although.. I'm not sure why in the world they would not let her go... that's really really horrible

Is your sister with a cell phone? I would leave her a text or voice mail just in case...Yep, but she never reads the texts I send her, or answers my calls, or speaks to me - you can just feel the love. I dunno why she doesn't like me, I'm a really good sister! I guess that's the older sister's job?

Just slap her! That's what I do to my little sister :)
I thought so, too! Not very good of them if they are trying to encourage people to try yoga...it scared her away lol. But thanks I'll mention your tip to her - I know there are a few other places around here to learn so she might try someplace else.
Hope she gives it another shot ;)

I've really considered getting into yoga, but there is so much info it feels overwhelming on where to start sometimes. I live in a really small town so its not like you can go to a class.
Any dvds or websites you recommend for beginners Pallavesta?

Star Kitten.. the best yoga DVD I have EVER seen has been Yoga For Beginners with Patricia Walden. By GAIAM productions.
