View Full Version : Prayers for my sister & her classmates
My youngest sister is still in High School and they had a shock yesterday morning. One of her friends passed out in front of her before classes started and they could not revive her. She was pronounced dead upon arrival to the hospital. They don't know what caused this, I guess she passed out in June and the doctors have run tests since and couldn't find anything wrong.
My sister is taking it hard as I am sure a lot of the class is - many of them didn't go to class today and the others were in with counselors the school brought in today. I'm hoping they figure out what caused it so that the family can have some closure.

Awe man... sorry to hear this. Prayers to your sister and classmates.
Something similar happened out at the barn several years ago. A girl and her friend were petting one of the ponies when the friend just collapsed and died right there. It was rough on the girl for a long time but the horses and a very nice funeral helped. We had a horse procession with the riding boots backwards and everything.

Oh that's awful. That happened when I was a senior in highschool, I didn't know the girl but had a class with the teacher whose room it happened in. She took it really hard. :( Prayers up for your sister and those who knew the girl.

How sad, I hate to hear things like that. When I was in elementary school a girl who lived in our neighborhood passed out in school and died. She had a brain anurysm. You don't think of young people as having them but I guess they do. It was such a shock. I'm really sorry for your sister and the girl who died and her family.

Wow, what a tragic thing to happen. It sounds like a brain anurisym to me. Oh those kids who witnessed it must be so devastated, I will keep them in my prayers. But they should be glad to know that if it was a brain anurisym then she felt no pain. This is so sad.

Oh gosh how sad, and at this time of year. I wonder if it may have been an undetected heart arrhythmia.....that is just so sad to have that happen at such a young age.

Oh my good Lord, I'm so sorry to hear this. Prayers for the classmates, friends, and family.
We lost a classmate very suddenly our Freshman year, we were 14. And he died from a very surprising TSS. It happened so fast. It's hard to find closure for situations like this.
