My computer has been giving me issues, I've talked to a couple techs about it and they think it may be my browser (Internet Explorer)....anyway, sometimes I can't always reply to messages on my profile here on the forum...so if anyone should send me a message on there (WB, I tried to reply to your message just now, but I wasn't able to), I'm not ignoring you.....my computer is just being stupid....:(......same with friendship requests, I am not able to do that for some reason, but like I said, my computer has been odd for a week now, and I have had other troubles on other forums too, so it isn't just on here. I am thinking of switching browsers to see if that helps.... Anyway, just wanted to let everyone know that.

Good to know!!! Have you tried using firefox? I really like it and it seems to have less issues than Internet Explorer, and it's free. .

Yes, you should definitely try firefox. It's really easy to use and a lot faster that Internet Explorer(IMO!)

Let us know too, if you think any of the problems are actually at our end.

I've never used Firefox. I will try it tomorrow....hope I don't blow up my computer! I am NOT computer savvy at all......
A friend of mine was telling me she had similar issues with her computer, and a computer guy she knows downloaded Firefox onto her computer for her, and she said her computer issues were solved. Hoping mine will be too.....basically my computer is running OK, altho it is slower, a lot slower (I have DSL so it should be pretty fast)....and for some reason I am unable to email photos, and on some forums I have a few issues with posting pictures.....I called my internet service proivider and was on the phone with three different techs for about 3 hours last weekend, we tried everything we could think of.....they think it is IE, so, well, I will try switching to Firefox and see if that helps (fingers crossed!).

Does anyone know if I have to un-install Internet Explorer? I really don't want to uninstall anything (scared I may mess it all up....).....hoping I can just install Firefox and use that, leave IE alone...... I guess to me I couldn't get online to install Firefox without IE.....but then I'm no computer geek that's for sure....I'm lucky I can turn the dang thing on....lol....

Just in case, here is a link to the Mozilla Firefox download for you. Just click on the little graphic button, let it download to your computer, click on whatever downloads, and let it set it up and voila!!! You will have firefox! This is for Windows. . . I'm thinking you don't have Mac since you are having issues.

Me too! I use them both at the same time so I can have both of my Yahoo email accounts open. I do notice sometimes that some things don't 'work right' on Firefox...maybe during online ordering or uploading pics to a message board. Then I will switch to IE and it will work fine. That may have to do with however the website was set up.

Aha! Thank you so much! This really helps, very good to know.....you've all been so helpful!! I sure hope it is just an Internet Explorer issue I'm having. Anyway, I will give it a try later on tomorrow....I am sort of wiped out and heading to bed soon. But this makes me feel better.
