Awww, thanks. I woke up this morning thinking of the kitty with the crown that you sometimes post saying "Iz ma birfday" :)

Yellow cake, chocolate frosting, and vanilla ice cream. That's my birthday gift and I get to eat as much of it as I want. So, that's what I'll do today during my breaks from work (I work from home). Well, I'll hop on the forum, too. :)

A beloved cocker spaniel who has long since passed over to the Rainbow Bridge. You would appreciate him, Mollie. He was the most Zen-like creature (except during thunder storms) I have ever known. I'll tell his story here sometimes, but I will always honor Jackie Brown by using his name in any setting where I need an avatar.

Happy Birthday JackieB!! I agree, You are such a nice guy and there to help in ways that others can't sometimes. I myself am not that great at offering comfort or helping words in times of need. I just don't know what to say to help with the loss or the bad news... I feel bad when I read threads but I just don't know what to say or how to help..so I don't say anything at all. But, you always know how to cheer people up or lend a shoulder to cry on. You have a special gift to help people and know what to say in text to let them know you are there for them, I admire that.

One of the most important things in my life is that others consider me to be a positive influence in their lives. I've received many compliments to that effect from my great forum family, so I feel fulfilled and that is the best birthday gift I could have received.
