Video test

Here we are trying out a new (old) saddle about a month ago. I haven't ever posted a video before, if this works, I may try some more.

Hmm, I can't see it. All you should need to paste is the video's URL.

It doesn't seem to like flickr--I don't know how I feel about posting on youtube...I'll have to think about it.

This shouldn't be a problem, but whenever you are posting a message (not quick reply), scroll down and find Additional Options then look for Miscellaneous Options make sure the "Automatically parse links in text" and "Automatically embed media (requires automatic parsing of links in text to be on)" settings are checked, then click Save Changes. All you should have to do is put in the video's URL...

ETA: If you are worried to put it on YouTube because of people commenting, rating, etc. you can disable the option to post comments, rate, etc. You could also try Photobucket! :)

Those are all clicked as the default--I'll keep fiddling with it.

Currently, the automatic embedding only works with YouTube, MySpace, Google, and Yahoo videos. It's possible to add more sites to the function, I'll see if I can add Flikr and Photobucket.
