AWOL excuse and LOA request

Well, I don't know if anyone has noticed but I've been AWOL for a week and two days.:innocent: Definitely not by choice, I've missed you guys!:(
You see, my computer has been down since last Tuesday so I haven't been on the forum at all since then (I'm at the library at the moment). eek::( I'm going crazy over here!:crazy:
At the moment my computer's CBU thingy-- if I'm even calling it by the right name:rolleyes:-- is at some tech support place being fixed.... but they're not sure if it's fixable without costing us an insane amount of money (like $300:eek:), or if they can save all/any of my picture files, downloaded music, and my videos.:( :eek:
I have no idea when I'll be able to get online regularly again.:(

So, I am requesting an LOA, but unfortunately I don't know when I'll be back so there is no designated date of return.:doh: I am going into forum withdrawal, so it better be soon!:crazy:


I have to get my butt to work, so here is just a really quick update on what's been going on in Northwestern PA:

It's about 2* degrees today (and was yesterday too), and will be until Saturday. Tonight it's supposed to be -10*, and that's without the wind chill.:eek: We are buried in snow, a foot in some places, 2-3 feet in others.:rolleyes: All the animals are doing fine though. We're given the horses and goats extra hay and Beauty and Dakota have their blankets on of course.

Spring can't come soon enough for me!!!

I sure hope you get back online. There should be some computers at school but whether they will have internet access I don't know. Wouldn't most of your videos etc be stored on the forum since we never deleted any threads? Or was someone talking about deleting threads just the other day?? STOP!!

Yup I have noticed! :D Sorry about the compy problems. I had them about 2 weeks ago, grrr... I lost all my stuff. Thank god I have CDs full of Dolly pictures.

Awe, guys, I can feel the love!:D :p It's nice to be missed.;) I'm at my cuz's house and using her retarded laptop that is not cooperating with me.:rolleyes: So I'm just signing on for a sec to let you all know that I *think* our computer issue has been fixed and pics/vids/music saved.:D I should be back online Sunday night.:D
