Hey all! Just wanted to point out that I made it over here - I keep lurking on horse.com so I saw the coup, but it was so difficult for me to post over there that I gave up. It would always time-out or error!

Here's hoping for a brighter forum future at the new, improved WB forum! Wootwoot! :)

When I'm not so tired from spending hours learning how to build websites (for my hubby's business, and we can't afford to hire so here I go!) I'll post news from my exciting weekend. Right now I've got little bits of code floating in front of my eyes...

Welcome! Glad you made it!

I'd offer my husband for your other help, but right now he's busier than a one legged man at a butt-kicking contest ;)

Ya know, my post on h.com regarding this site very clearly reminded me of why I pretty much stopped posting over there. Not only was the physical difficulty in posting a pain, the rude responses made me not even want to try. Here's hoping we can avoid some of that on this forum for awhile. I remember that h.com really didn't use to be so much like that - where anything you posted was almost bound to have some rude commentary or snide remark thrown in.

Sorry for the vent - I just find it so frustrating that I can make a fairly innocuous post which shouldn't ruffle that many feathers and I can be made to feel like I should jump into a fist fight over it. I had to bite my figurative tongue in order to resist responding in the same vein!

What a poor attitude some people have.

New place, fresh start. Lets hope it stays open and friendly like it currently is and learn from past mistakes.

And I gotta say - I'm still loving this Quick reply box...

It is fun here, everyone is fun. I like the Quick Reply box too and the EDIT button since I seem to edit everything, I make so many mistakes! My posts at horse.com were a mess with errors and I couldn't figure out how to fix them so I sometimes looked illiterate!!!!!

I'm having a good time and feel more comfortable since I "know" most people.
