Western saddle.. going to list it.. whats it worth???

IM attempting to discribe it to the best of my knowledge... here are the important things:
Its made by tripple N saddlery INC.

Solid tree / fleece is in good condition

Quarter horse bars with a 6 1/2" gullet

15" padded suede seat (suede is worn smooth in places)

Two prong buckle stirrup adjustments

Metal covered wooden stirrups - metal is somewhat rusty( usable but could be replaced due to unattractiveness)

Horrn cap is comming unstitched.

Im listing it for sale to help pay for Dreamer's vet bill as soon as i can figure out what its worth. I will also be listing his tex tan for sale too as soon as i clean it up a bit, and a english too. THis is the first one i got clean so shoot me what you think its worth! You wont offend me at all! I'm not sure about the brand, but just from looking at it I would say about $200.

You might want to add that's round tree if you won't be showing pics on all the ads. It looks like it's made with great leather. I bet you could get 300-400 for it.

That is a really nice saddle. As things are right now, you probably won't be able to get for it what it is truly worth. People just aren't buying saddles, and if they are they are really shopping around and haggling. Its great if you are trying to buy though, since there are so many for sale for good prices and a lot have been for sale for so long that the owners are willing to part for a lot less.

I'd guess around $525 for that.

In the current saddle market on eBay, I'd say $95-150, max. It's a cute saddle and would be worth more if the economy was doing better.
