Pretty Pictures! It Snowed (kinda...)!

It's been extremely cold around here the past couple of days (though it was in the 60s on Sunday... I love living in GA :cool:), but wow have we've had some beautiful sunsets!

Last week we were threatened with a blizzard Monday night and today. Alas, no blizzard came - but it did snow this afternoon! Luckily, my last class was cancelled so I was able to get pictures of it snowing and of the gorgeous sunset!

Ha ha, ALOK. I was thinking of you this morning, wondering if you got any "snow." I hear Union, isn't it, got out of school today!? LOL. Cool pics, though.. very pretty!

Carla - My Aunt lives in Union... it's the county right above me. She can get to my house in 15 minutes and they always get inches of snow! It's just not fair! I actually almost went up there to spend the night last night, but changed my mind at the last minute. :doh:

I had to chase Lucky down this morning in the back yard, barefooted (he was eating something, and I didn't know what)... and I figured out really quickly that the snow did, infact, stick in some places last night. :eek:! I think he planned it that way. *glares at the dog* :D

We were supposed to get snow too, but the wind came whipping over the mountain and blew it all away. To bad it left the nasty cold behind, our windchill last night last I checked was 5, yes 5 degrees!
