I figured I'd put this here 'cause despite being mildly horse-related, it's kind of a silly thing. I was just wondering if anyone remembers the username of the girl who made this video...It's the first link when you google "youtube horses breathe".

http://www.google.com/search?source=ig&hl=en&rlz=&=&q=breathe+youtube+horses&btnG=Google+Search&aq=f

The video is now set to private, but I had been meaning to write to the girl and compliment her on the video...Does anyone remember her username on Youtube so that maybe I could get ahold of her?

The video is of a young trainer riding english and dealing with a few problem horses...I know there's a big bay in the first part, working in an indoor, and then a little white arab in an outdoor...and a buckskin, I think. I know it's a long shot, but I just wondered if anyone knows the username, lol.

Thanks ;)

I've seen this and it's a great video. I think her name was sidepassgal or something close?

halfpassgal. - YouTube - halfpassgal's Channel (http://www.youtube.com/user/halfpassgal)

She has a lot of videos, many are good. It looks like she's moved "Breathe" to it's own site, off youtube. At first glance, I'd say it doesn't stream as nicely as it did on youtube. So that's unfortunate. It appears to be better the second time through.

Can you only imagine being able to ride like that? Oh my gosh! I am totally in awe of riders of that level. I'll bet we have a few on our forum who are at about that level. I don't want to mention names for fear of excluding anyone, but wow.

Of course, no matter how good the rider is, that's still very, very dangerous riding horses that are so skittish and powerful. I'll bet she has some serious injuries to relate.

See if you can get her to join us, Jess! Even if it's only once in a while. I'll sure do the "We're not worthy!" Waynes World thing for a rider like that.

Me too, Jackie, and of course we'd love to have her here. :)

didnt she come to horse.com that one time?

Yeah - she did. There was a thread talking specifically about the dressage horse who rears in the ring, that she reacted by pulling around sideways. There was some debate and discussion about that, and she came on to defend and explain. Probably found the discussion via google. :)

Maybe she'll find us that way :)

That would be cool :) I only ride Western, but I've admired her videos and her riding ability for ages now.

Go get her for us, Jess! Tell her that we'll shower her with praise if she'll come visit. I sure will!

I think I saw that video before, but a long time ago. That one grey arab looking horse reminds me of an OTTB I worked with over the summer. He couldn't decide whether he wanted to go forward or backward, but either way, he was going to do it as fast as possible! I wonder where she's from? She's about the same age as me.
