So I haven't watched the Grammys in years but my favorite artist (Jason Mraz) is up for Song of the Year so I'm even watching the red carpet stuff. Anyone else interested at all in the Grammys this year?

I think Paul McCartney is going to be on too, I wanted to watch it....but now that I've got the stupid digital TV converter box I can't get CBS. I am NOT happy! So, I un-hooked the converter box, and tried to pick up channels on my TV the way I used to before, but for some reason it won't work for me now.....a friend of mine hooked up the converter box for me and I have no idea what he did to my TV... so now I have to miss the Grammy's. Stupid digital crap.

Yeah he sang...I saw half of it but can't remember the song he sang for the life of me. Dave Grohl from the Foo Fighters and drummer of Nirvana was on drums. It was pretty awesome. I also watched Radiohead. Sadly Kings of Leon didn't win Best Rock Album but at least Coldplay did...I would have screamed if Kidrock won >:O
I love Jason Maraz. I like watching the Grammys sometimes.

It was a good one. I haven't watched the Grammys in years!!! Paul McCartney sang a Beatles song but I can't remember which one. It was good. Although I got tired of Allison Krause and Robert Plant winning everything! lol. She always wins.

I slept through most of the show, my husband watched. Sad to say I don't know the new people, I only listen to old music, mostly The Band, The Eagles, Dr Hook etc. They were introducing people I never saw or even heard of. I'm so out of touch but Paul Mccartney did sing and he was so good. He sang I Saw Her Standing There, one of the old Beatle songs and he did it great just like the old days. I was wishing for the old gang back but it was good to see him no matter what and I'm glad he picked an old song which was always one of my favorites.

I was looking online about the Grammys last nite....I see that Duffy won a Grammy....woo hoo! I like her.
ETA: Hmmm...well, now another site I was looking at shows she did not win....maybe some of the websites don't have the right info.
Aha! Finally....Duffy won for Pop Vocal Album, yay!
