:huh: Okay so here's my problem! :doh:
The other day in my A & P class we had to skin & disect a CAT! No big deal I thought!
Background info on me: I work as a fire fighter EMT for the last 6 years and still do it full time! I see and have seen alot of *crap*, nasty stuff & down right scary stuff in my days.
Back to topic: So as I began, with my partner who was basically flippin out, skinning this poor skinny cat I still thought it was no big deal. (I have a cat & I really didn't think this project was bothering me.) I went through the whole entire 3 hr lab class with out a hitch no problems (at least not on my end). My partner thats another story! :hysterical: I go home that night & have a few adult beverages & low N behold go to bed! As I sleep in my slumber I hear the screams of a (what else) CAT. I woke straight out of my sleep thinking it was another stray cat outside our door hollarin. (Again another story in itself.) However as I sat in bed looking around, my cat, the dogs & boyfriend laid dead asleep! Ok so I thought maybe a silly dream. Again fall asleep ~ same thing happens. I swear this time its coming from outside! Get up look around, nothing pee and head back to bed... Finally end the night with a horrific dream of this cat x 3 stuck in my ventalation system screaming at the top of its lungs! Day time when I wake up & refuse to go back to bed!
Next night ~ I lay sleeping & wake up to this "dream" cat jumping from my dresser & bouncing on me & screaming at the top of its lungs! GEEZZZ can't a women get some sleep... Fall back asleep same thing. Night continues like this.
Following night As in (real life) I'm visiting my brother and petting his cat. His cat is usually really nice & lovey ALL the time. Attacks me!! Scratches my arm, face & rips out one of my earings!
So apparently the disecting & skinning the cat in A & P class bugged me more then my regular life job does!! Out of all the crazy stuff I have seen humans do themselves & others I have never had nightmares about my job!
Or am I going crazy? LOL.
