Odd question

This is really odd, but at the bottom of the page it lists the forum's stats and I always see this:

"Welcome to our newest member, *current new member here*"

I never understand why the "to" was there? Am I missing something here? Lol. =P Sorry for the randomness, hah.

Dunno if we forumers can say this too much, but thank you WBay & Boy again for the forum...very nice place. ♥
